NOLAKim PA
Kim has been reading since she can remember, hiding under the sheets with a flashlight as a kid and sneaking her e-reader into sporting events as an adult. You might think she’s scrolling social media on her phone; she’s not. She’s reading and ignoring the fact that she’s in public.
She recently moved from her beloved New Orleans, Louisiana—that’s where the NOLA in NOLAKim PA comes from—to Richmond, Virginia where she was shocked to discover that seasons actually exist.
Before focusing full-time on providing author services, Kim spent twenty-one years as a special education teacher in a public school system in the greater New Orleans area. Constantly having to think on her feet and come up with new strategies to reach success has made her a very adaptable PA.
She says y’all entirely too much, gasps whenever she sees a dog, and is known to terrorize her friends with king cake baby gifs.
Favorite genre: romance
Favorite thing about work: beta reading

SandyB
Sandy’s earliest reading memories are of devouring her mom’s series romances and her dad’s complete collection of Agatha Christie mass market paperbacks.
After decades of corralling faculty and proofreading dissertations and research articles, she decided to go back to her first love and now happily reads, evaluates, and edits all sorts of genre fiction.
When not reading books, talking about books, editing books, or dreaming about books, she’s usually doing something with friends or family – like convincing them to try that one great book she just finished reading. Or she’s watching hockey.
Favorite genres: romance, mystery, romantic suspense, paranormal, urban fantasy
Favorite thing about work: having one of the first looks at great stories
Loves: quirky word definitions and the serial comma
